Delivery Protocols

For residential shipments to the USA and certain countries, packages may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to receive the delivery. In such cases, our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, TNT, Speed Post, etc.) cannot provide a signed confirmation of delivery.

To avoid disputes, please ensure someone is present to receive the package during the attempted courier delivery.

Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries adhering to a 5-day work culture.

Additionally, Fridays are typically observed as off days in many Islamic countries. Special arrangements for Saturday deliveries or holidays may be organized at an extra cost on a case-by-case basis.

Deliveries generally occur during the standard working hours of courier companies, varying by country.

Note that no shipments are processed from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partner does not conduct pick-ups on those days.

Shipment and Tracking Details

Upon handing over your order to our courier partner, an email notification containing the tracking number, the courier company's website details, and the expected delivery date will be sent to you.

You can also track your order on our order status page.

Please be aware that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on courier websites.

Shipping Insurance

We include shipping insurance with every order to safeguard your valuable items during transit. This ensures full coverage in rare instances of loss, theft, or damage.

For any issues, contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in processing a claim for replacement or refund.

Address Change Request

Once an order is registered, alterations cannot be made. However, requests for address changes may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. Send your alteration request to hello@asthajewelry.com.

Express Ship Section

The Express Section, also known as the Ready to Ship Section, is an exclusive category that empowers you to make an order, guaranteeing the delivery of the product within the upcoming 7-8 days. This section features specifically identified products available for selection.

For more details, kindly explore the Express Section. Following the clearance of your payment, the product will reach your doorstep within 7-8 working days. In cases where customization is required for the order, an additional 3–4 days are necessary.

Delay in Dispatch

Shipping times mentioned on our website are approximate values. Unexpected delays may arise as a result of circumstances beyond our influence. While no refund or return is entertained for such delays, we may offer benefits like store credit or complimentary gifts on a case-by-case basis.

If a delay is expected due to stock unavailability or any other reason, you will be notified by email. Delivery dates are approximate, and we may choose to deliver orders in separate parts, offering a refund for any unfulfilled portions.

Billing and Shipping Address

The billing address is where the customer receives bills from the credit card company, while the shipping address is where the customer wishes to receive their shipment.

Lost in Transit

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing or reshipping the order.
